Tengeh Reservoir Floating Solar Farm
The first large-scale floating solar photovoltaic (PV) system at Tengeh Reservoir, covering an area equivalent to 45 football fields, was officially inaugurated on Wednesday, July 14, 2021.
Spanning 10 solar-panel islands, the 122,000 solar panels on Tengeh Reservoir form one of the world’s largest inland floating solar PV systems, with a capacity of 60 megawatt-peak (MWp).
